Time for Lap 2:  2:02.69

Total Time: 3:55.47

Notes: I finally broke the 4-minute mark for the 800M – and all that after not running for a few days!  I think maybe it was my knee and ankle just needing rest.  So now that I came back rested, I did much better.

Notes:  My goal was to run 5 seconds faster than yesterday and I almost did that!

Thursday 05/11/2017

Notes:  My goal today was to run 5 seconds faster again but this time I did one better and ran 6 seconds faster!  I may coast at this speed or slightly slower for a bit for the next few days until I do another push to go faster.
